I had a lovely stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located not far from the Sofia center. The rooms were very clean and cozy, with plenty of space to move around. The staff, especially Monica and Angel, were incredibly friendly and professional. The location was just right for me, not too close to the hustle and bustle but easy to find and close to the city zoo and parks. The dining experience was good, although I wished breakfast was included. Overall, a great value for money choice!
